Criminal Records
MCSO’s Criminal Records Section processes Sex Offender Registrations for offenders that are required to register under ARS 13-3821. Registrations are processed in our office located in the Maricopa County Superior Court.

International Travel
- Notifications of International Travel must be submitted in person at the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office a minimum of 21 days before travel. Please provide all required documents and all detailed information printed or written in legible writing as a document.

Fingerprints
The Criminal Records Section offers Public Fingerprinting. Public Fingerprints are Ink rolled prints and are completed as a walk-in service. No appointments necessary. We currently do not offer Live Scan Fingerprints to the public.

Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)
Fingerprinting Fee: $10.00 per card (Cash Only) - Effective April 1, 2026
