There are three ways to deposit funds to Inmate Accounts using TouchPay. Please note that fees apply for using this service.
By Telephone

By Cash Kiosks Located at the Jails
Deposits to inmate accounts are made using TouchPay Systems
Cash Kiosks located at each jail facility.
You can place money on an inmate’s account using the inmate’s
name or booking number.
Cash Kiosks accept deposits by cash money, VISA, and MasterCard.
Deposited funds are available for the inmate’s use after verification
(usually within one hour)
